We have observed that searching for certain keywords on Google from within mainland China will often lead to a temporary service disruption.

In order to help you avoid these disruptions, we will display the following message:

Clicking on Edit search terms will remove any highlighted terms so that you can try replacing them with other keywords that are less likely to cause a disruption. (The search terms [ 长江 ] in this image mean "Cháng Jiāng," which is Chinese for the Yangtze River.)

Clicking on Search anyway will proceed with your search, and you may experience a temporary service disruption to Google Search lasting a minute or more. This often comes in the form of an error message in your browser.
